How a submission works

Grading starts in the shop, not online. Bring the cards in and nothing moves until you say so. ORB confirms the current fee and the estimated timing for your specific cards first, because PSA service levels and volume change. There is no PSA account or paperwork for you to manage, your cards stay in ORB custody while they are with us, and there is no pressure to grade a card that should stay raw.
